EVALUATION CRITERIA:

1.       Will it last for at least two years without being destroyed?

2.       Will the brightness of bulb be enough to supply enough light at night during brownouts?

3.       Will the LED lights be lit when there is no light?

4.  Will the battery last long?
5. Will the artefact be efficient?
